Group rates
Groups consisting of 10 or more people are eligible for the shared rate, regardless of the room types actually allocated. This rate is offered on the basis that you have no preference of room types, and members of your group are prepared to share with other people whom they may not know. If you specify any other room type, then the full rate for that particular room will be charged. Group Rates/Group Allocation is not available during periods where Premium Rates apply.
Deposits
A deposit of one night’s accommodation (in pounds sterling) per person is required with the Booking Agreement to secure accommodation. All deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to any other date under any circumstances.For further information please download our General Information Sheet.
Premium Rate Information
Premium Rates are in place during the London Olympics from 21 July to 9 September 2012.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required and group rates are not available during this time.
